Medical Humanities are a learning, reflection and action, and a place for dialogue between various epistemologies, perspectives and knowledge areas on the border of the Humanities, Social Science and Medicine. It is in these turbulent crossings of human knowledge where humanities may be able to relieve the modern systems of medical knowledge of his (not uncommon) parochialism.
